Getting ready for Spring!

Well, it's that time of year. Cleaning houses, yards, remodeling and getting Jeremy's bags ready to go. Like usual, life is hectic and crazy around here.

Seth has had his ninth birthday already, Grandma had hers, Anna is about to have hers. And yet, we are still trying to complete painting the ceilings (well, Jeremy is anyway, lol).

Since last, Seth has completed basketball season, done some state testing (with some more to come), had a birthday and having a popularity crisis (teenage years seem to come faster than I thought).

Anna has grown and doesn't stop jabbering. When Jeremy came home from JRTC, he had a hard time with her talking so much. Oh and the memory thing of hers, killed him. He thought he could get away with not taking her to the bookstore for cookies as promised, but has since learned that he can't quite get away with things.

I am trying to go with the flow, but with dates constantly changing and Jeremy's training's constantly changing, I feel a little older than I look, lol.

We have since acquired and additional animal to add to the family. She is the same as Stitch, an Australian Cattle dog named Lilo. She was not planned, but her name fit well. I do blame Jeremy for her though. He told me I couldn't get Stitch a friend. I tried a Husky and an Akita, but to my avail, nothing. Then when he saw her, knew that we had a tax return and that Stitch needed a friend, as he was lonely from Jeremy leaving last, he told me it was okay. So no matter what he tells you, he said OKAY! So we now have 6 animals, and three kids, besides me living in this townhouse. I think it's time to upgrade, but we will have to wait until after this 6th deployment.

It is sad to state, that the dates for this deployment have continually changed (not at all surprising), but it is said to be a leaving date on our anniversary. Not that we have had many of those, I guess to add this to the list wouldn't be surprising. So I may be very absent around that time, this year.

Well, I will leave it at that for now.

Lots of Love,
The Pidgeon Clan
