Wow, Summer just flew by!

We can't believe that summer is almost really over and it's time to start shopping for school supplies (luckily, out here, they have pre-made kits for each grade and school. I know, I am lazy, lol.) So even though the clothes are done, the pencils aren't, but soon to be as well.

Seth has done remarkable in Summer School this year and has made great progress. Hopefully, he can remember it for the next couple of weeks, until school actually starts. Boys, lol!

Adrianna is increasing her vocabulary left and right. And running around like mad, on our daily walks. Her favorite part of the day.

Jeremy has finally completed painting 1/3 of our ceilings. Now if he can just get the rest of them done, lol. He is now the Platoon SGT. for PSD and is making excellent progress in his job. Now if he can get his e7 by his 8 year mark, he will have made excellent and not very common progress. As Jeremy will say, "She just wants the extra money."

I am just plugging along, like usual. I have my good days and bad ones. But life still moves forward, so I just move with it. I've given up on scheduling things, until Jeremy deploys again. Every time, I schedule something, Jeremy comes home and gives me 1 hour notice to change it or make do. Got to love the ARMY.

All of the Animals are doing well. We have the dog finally, mostly, trained, which took us 6 months. Maybe we will have him completely trained at some point. Except for, the dog is a boy, and well, neither one of the human boys is completely trained yet. So I guess, you could say, the dog is making headway in this case.

Jeremy never did get to go fight fires in Northern California. With all uproar about it, he was sad. He actually wanted to do something different for a change. I guess they thought, if he could point his sniper riffle, he could point a hose, lol. So since it fell through, Jeremy took a couple of weeks and laid around. I thought he could get all of the ceilings done, my mistake, lol.

Before we close, we would like to wish The Jones Family, the best, at this difficult time. We will all be, together again!!

We hope that everyone else, has had a good summer this year. With the heat and wind, we are looking forward to a cool down. So we are excited, to get started on Fall.
